Something about this window stopped me on my walk outside. I think it has something to do with the "home-y" feel of this window. The first time I saw it, it made me think of my home traditions. My dad barbecues just about every weekend, which I was reminded by the apron for some reason. The flowers also made me think of my mom, who LOVES to plant flowers anywhere she can. I also love the hanging lanterns in the display, especially since they are so antique looking! The only thing I am unable to decide if I like is the open space in the middle of the window. They have so much going on on the outsides of the window and not too much in the center.

Garlic Press Getaway!
I'm No Wine-o!
For someone who is not a big wine drinker, I was mesmerized by this window by Stave! More than anything, it looks very relaxing inside with the ambiance created by in this display. I love the hanging lights with the subtleness of the plants and wine in the window. I've always been a sucker for the hanging lights, especially because of how pretty they look from a distance! This display makes me curious about what this company has to offer and intrigues me to take a peek inside! One thing I may have done differently was made the hanging lights in the window brighter so the ones in the background would be somewhat dimmer. I feel as if the window would really POP!
Such Variety at North Street Records!
Along my stroll down uptown I came across a window at North Street Records! Something about it caught my eye, and I believe it has to do with how busy the window is. I love how "random" the window feels from the Grateful Dead poster to the Hulk standing on a record in front of it. With all this color going on you also get a splash of black and white with the KISS poster in the background. Even though the items look randomly thrown in the window, I feel as if they were strategically placed in each spot. Many different items make the window feel as if it should be one.
Uptown's One and Only, Apricot Lane
Due to the sadness of glare from the sun, I captured only one photo of Apricot Lane. Aside from the fact, I captured my favorite window out of the four they had! I love the fall look with the nature feel to the window with the fur-like cardigan, the wood looking dream catchers, and the greens highlighted in the two dresses. I love the soft yet comfortable appeal this window gives! Typically I dislike dresses but these two looks are something I could potentially buy. One thing I would have done differently is to add another outfit with the two. I feel as if the mannequins should be symmetrical with the three dream catchers. Three dream catchers equals three mannequins!
